A: Typographical, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Paintings, Traditional, Drawings, Pen & Ink, Murals, Caricature, Profiles, Streaming content, and more!

A: June 2015

 

Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST PER PROJECT?

A: Each project is assigned with the cost and base price. To view more general pricing, click here.

Q: WHAT IS THE PERCENTAGE OF THE FEE?
A: The percentage fee is 10%. For example, if your total cost is $100 and you pay 10% from that total cost, then your remaining total amount would be $90.

Q: CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?

A: Definitely! You can still customize your order! For example, if you were interested in a Streaming Package and wanted to add or take away items from the listing, just email me what you want!

Q: CAN I MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS?
A: Absolutely! 8Bit will send an email of your invoice about the break down of the cost, alterations, rights, and will set up a payment plan that best fits for you!

Q: WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE?
A: The fee is to confirm with the artist that you are 100% willing to begin the project.


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE FOR YOU TO COMPLETE A PROJECT?
A: As long as it takes. It depends on the size of the project and how much you are wanting to put into in. On average for smaller projects, 8Bit gives each design up to about a week. Bigger projects can take up to 3-5 weeks.
 

Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM YOU?
A: You will receive an email from 8Bit confirming everything from the cost to the design.

 

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
A: Please confirm with the artist in notifying them to help discontinue furthering the project.
The 10% fee is NONREFUNDABLE
